SHIPPING
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We offer FREE standard shipping on any orders over $150. If you have any questions or concerns, please fill out the contact form or send an email to contact@soalapparel.com
RETURNS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Washed, worn or altered items will not be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@soalapparel.com.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are ONLY accepted on regular price merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
